Sizing & fit
What size should I get?
Measure around your waist or hip, wherever you plan to wear the piece. Go by that measurement, not your jeans size. If you're between sizes, size up. The size chart is on every product page and on our size guide.
Can you make one to my measurements?
Yes. We make in small batches, so custom sizing is a normal request. Email us your waist or hip measurement (where you'll wear it) and the color you'd like, and we'll confirm the fit and timing before we make it.
Will my phone fit?
The pockets are sized for today's large phones. Each product page lists the exact pocket dimensions, so you can check against your phone.
Which style is right for me?
Hip belt: low profile, sits at the waist, easy for everyday and travel. Leg bag: more room, and the leg strap keeps it steady when you're moving. Shoulder holster: carries the weight on your shoulders and is the most hands-free. Shoulder holsters and the studded belt bag are fully adjustable, one-size styles.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days. U.S. shipping is free and usually arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide, at a flat rate shown at checkout. Prices include taxes and import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Delivery times depend on the destination and customs.
Returns & exchanges
What if it doesn't fit or isn't right?
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, in the U.S. and internationally. Trying it on at home is fine, as long as it's unworn. Email us your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds go back to your original payment within 5–7 business days after your return arrives. No restocking fees. Full details in our return policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
The leather
What is it made of?
Full-grain leather, made in small batches. We've been making belts and bags since 2011.
How do I care for it?
Very little. Wipe it with a dry cloth and condition it once or twice a year. It will darken, soften and take the shape of how you move. That's the leather doing what it's supposed to do.
