Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—standard shipping within the U.S. is free. We ship from California via insured carriers,
and domestic orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International shipping is available
for a flat $35, with delivery times varying by destination (usually 7–14 business days). Any
customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. At checkout, select your country and you’ll see the shipping fee. Please note
that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are collected
by your local customs authority upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Your belt or bag
must be unworn and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order
number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding
original shipping for international orders) or send your exchange. Because our pieces are
handmade in small batches, limited-run items can’t be restocked after 30 days.
Are ELLKO products unisex?
Yes. All of our hip belts, leg bags and shoulder holsters are designed to fit and flatter all genders.
The styling is neutral, and our belts come in standard sizes from XS to XXL, just like traditional
belts with multiple holes for fine-tuning. Custom sizing is available upon request.
How do I choose my size?
Our belts come in standard sizes (XS–XXL) rather than being fully adjustable. To pick the right
size, measure around the spot where you intend to wear the belt (waist or hips) and compare
your measurement to our [Size Guide]. If you’re between sizes, size up for more hole
adjustment. We can also make custom sizes—see below.
Can you make custom sizes?
Yes. If you need a size outside our standard range, email us with your measurement and we’ll
craft a belt or holster to your specifications. Please allow additional lead time for custom orders.
What materials do you use?
We use full-grain leather sourced from ethically managed suppliers, solid metal hardware and
premium YKK® zippers. Each piece is hand-cut and stitched by skilled artisans, ensuring
durability and a patina that improves with age.
How do I care for my ELLKO bag or belt?
Leather loves gentle care. Keep your piece dry and wipe away dirt with a soft cloth. Condition
occasionally with a leather balm to maintain softness. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or
direct sunlight. When not in use, store it in a dust bag in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer custom colours or designs?
At this time, we only produce our designs in Black and Dark Brown—two shades that age
beautifully. We occasionally release small runs and one-of-a-kind pieces; join our mailing list or
follow us on social media for announcements.
Do you offer a warranty?
We don’t have a formal warranty, but we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your product
arrives with a defect, please email us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
Normal wear and tear is part of the leather’s journey and adds to the character of your ELLKO
piece.

ELLKO designs originate in California and are handcrafted by a small team of experienced
leatherworkers. We partner with artisans who share our commitment to quality and ethical
