REFUND POLICY

We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no fine print, no hassle.

30-Day Returns
Wrong size, changed your mind, or it just doesn't feel like "the one"? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund to your original payment method. Items just need to be unused and in their original condition — and yes, this includes custom-sized pieces too.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color instead of a refund? Email hello@ellkoleather.com with your order number and we'll get the swap moving.

Return Shipping Is On Us
We cover the cost of return shipping, both U.S. and international. Email hello@ellkoleather.com and we'll send a prepaid label and next steps.

How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged, email hello@ellkoleather.com with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund on us, no return shipping cost to you.
