Free Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no fine print, no hassle.

30 days, free both ways
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any item, as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. That includes custom-sized pieces. Return shipping is free, in the U.S. and internationally.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email hello@ellkoleather.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like. We'll send a prepaid label and ship your new piece as soon as the original is on its way back to us. Exchanges cost you nothing.

Returns for a refund
Changed your mind, or it just doesn't feel like "the one"? Email hello@ellkoleather.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once your return arrives and we've checked that it's unworn, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No restocking fees.

What "unworn" means
Trying it on at home is fine. We can't accept items that show wear (creasing from use, scratches, stains or odors) or that have been altered.

Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged, email hello@ellkoleather.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
