Do you offer free shipping?

Free U.S. shipping. $35 flat-rate international shipping. Returns accepted on unused items within 30 days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $35. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

Exchanges are also accepted on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Are ELLKO products unisex?

Yes. Our hip belts, leg bags, and shoulder holsters are designed to be worn by all genders. The styling is clean and versatile, and our sizing runs from XS to XXL.

How do I choose my size?

Our belts come in true belt sizes rather than one-size adjustable sizing. Measure around the spot where you plan to wear the piece, whether that is your waist or hips, and compare it to our size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Custom sizing is also available upon request.

Can you make custom sizes?

Yes. If you need a size outside our standard range, email us at hello@ellkoleather.com with your measurements and we will let you know what is possible.

What materials do you use?

We use quality leather, premium YKK® zippers, and solid metal hardware. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches with a focus on durability, function, and long-term wear.

How do I care for my ELLKO piece?

Wipe clean with a soft cloth and keep leather dry when possible. To maintain softness and longevity, condition occasionally with a leather balm. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Do you offer custom colours or custom designs?

At this time, we primarily offer our core styles in Black and Dark Brown. We may occasionally release small-batch or one-of-a-kind pieces.
